12 week SilverSneakers Walk/Strength Fitness Program
FREE to SilverSneakers Fitness Program members
Come join us for a refreshing walking and strength class on the beautiful Levee Fitness Trail! Designed to get you moving with a 12 week progressive walking and strength training circuit -- outside!
This class will walk a total of 1-2 miles in 1/2 mile increments with pauses for use of exercise bands for total body strengthening! We will conclude class with stretching.
Every 4 weeks we will gradually progress the workout, but please work at the right pace and level for you.
You may attend any or all classes - the choice is yours! To build consistency and see progress, it is encouraged to attend regularly.
WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00AM-11:00AM (Class sign-in begins at 9:45AM. Begins September 3 & Ends November 21, 2013
MEETING LOCATION: Kiwanis Park Parking Lot (by duck pond on Snake River Ave).
Seasonal Restroom and water fountain nearby on trail.
