totally exhilarating! Zumba is a calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of
people toward joy and health.
This class features 45 minutes of high calorie burning dance combined with effective fitness
moves. After you are done burning calories while dancing and having fun we move onto
burning more calories and building muscles! The last 15 minutes of class is focused on building
muscle, stabilization, flexibility, and core strength. Bring plenty of water, a yoga mat, and wear
comfortable clothing! I offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.
Anyone from beginner to advanced can take this class and get the most out of it.
