SATURDAY MORNING CIRCUIT STYLE KICKBOX BOOT CAMP
Whether you want to tone muscles, build muscles, flatten your stomach, lose weight or lose inches -- this boot camp will get it done! AITKD Kickboxing Boot Camp can help you burn up to 1200 calories in just one 60-minute class.
Our unique combination of circuit exercises will boost results much quicker than typical exercises and workout classes. We use many different physical activities such as Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Kickboing routines, Core exercises, and Resistance Training. Circuit stations include free weights, stability ball, jump ropes, TRX, kettlebell, toning balls, body bar, rebounder, resistance tubes & bands, balance board & beam, medicine ball, BOSU, & much more!
** You do not need any previous martial arts training to participate in this Boot Camp.
Boot Camp sessions are on-going. All registered participants may purchase *kickboxing workout gloves & wraps for $40.00
*We do use free standing heavy bags (wavemasters)
Drop-In Fee: $15.00
*This class is included with a monthly tuition of $65.00 which includes Tues & Thurs night regular Aerobic Kickboxing classes!
