"Boot Camp"
Full body 1 hour workout, utilizing body weight and various pieces of equipment such as medicine balls, BOSU Balance Trainer, Bands, Ropes, TRX, Jump Ropes, Dumbbells, & Kettlebells.
Expect to experience, Dynamic warm ups, Core, Balance, Strength, Power, & Cardio exercises, and Flexibility.
