We combine the fat-shedding principles of traditional fitness boot camp with choreographed mini-trampoline routines to create a fun, fast way to get the body you've been dreaming of.
Traditional boot camps rely on a lot of plyometrics (jumping exercises), which put A LOT of stress on your joints. Trampoline Boot Camp protects (and strengthens) your ankles, knees, and spine by moving jumping exercises to stress-free mini-trampolines.
Traditional cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes) move your body in one single direction, like a robot. We don't move like a robot, so whey train like a robot? Trampoline Boot Camp gets your body moving in multiple directions - just like we do in every day life! Bodies that are stronger in multiple movements and directions, are less prone to injury!
