Our traning is 100% supervised high intensity training using functional movements directed toward everyday life activities. It is individualized using modifications of progression or regression in small groups. Integrated with core, flexibility, balance, strength and power, focusing on multiple movement planes with different training loads. Combines the benefits of cardio training with resistance training so you burn at least 2x’s the calories in the time! Great for beginner and advanced exercisers.
