This high energy combo class will have you sweating immediately! The first ½ hour of this 1 hour class is a breakdown of Turbo Kick and Turbo Fire moves delivered interval style, excellent for people new and experienced with Turbo Kick and Turbo Fire. Don’t be fooled by the words, “break down,” this class has been developed to challenge advanced, intermediate and beginners. The second half of class is designated highly effective functional strength exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight.
