This 2-day course teaches you both upper and lower body exercises plus core and stretching exercises to be performed with a variety of small apparatus.
Use this course to learn proper form and how to safely monitor and cue clients, or yourself. Develop skills on effective progressions and modifications for fresh program designs with endless exercise combinations. Lastly, learn how to add challenge with innovative balance, strength, and flexibility exercises.

This course does not include an examination. Students who complete the course receive a Cooper Institute Certificate of Participation.
