STUFT Fitness Bootcamp Class

This is a cardiovascular workout that incorporates some circuit training, body weight exercises, high intensity exercises, and core strengthening. Nothing is left out. You'll burn as many calories as you can in our hour long class. Your metabolism will get a jump start with the high intensity moves and the strength training and you'll continue to burn those calories after you leave. Come join us!
