Just as the acronym says, T.U.F.F. is what our fitness approach is all about. Balancing good nutrition and incorporating fitness into daily living can be tough, but a must for healthy living. We won't always tell you what you want to hear, no easy fixes here, but we will give tips and strategies that will help you achieve good nutrition and fitness. Start one step at a time and before you know it you're living healthy & fit!

Our fitness classes are based on the belief that our participants fitness & nutritional needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. Tammie started in the fitness industry back in 1986, and still loves everyday of it. Jennifer is fresh in the field of training which gives our classes a fresh perspective, but don't let that fool ya she has been there, done it and knows what it takes to get the job done. We are AFAA Certified Personal & Group Trainers, Insured and CPR Certified.
Having worked in both Fitness Centers and Physical Therapy environments, we understand the human body at it's best and worst. Recently certified in EnhanceFitness. We are very cautious and aware of specific conditions such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetes and will work with you to provide a safe and effective workout.
We offer sound daily nutritional advice and motivation to help you improve your dietary values. No gimmicks or fads, just a well balanced diet based on your caloric needs.
