At AITKD we continually evolve our Aerobic Kickboxing classes. We have added circuit routines, free weights and other equipment while listening to our members' input about what they liked and needed most.
As a result, our program is bigger and more successful than ever! Every class is a little different but always includes heavy bag punching and kicking, floor, core and footwork to get that heart pumping.
In each class we do moves that sculpt your arms, tighten your abs and shape your legs. Many of our members have credited AITKD Aerobic Kickboxing in helping them to lose pounds and inches as part of an overall fitness plan.
