In this class you do a combination of martial arts, while wearing ankle and wrist weights, ranging from 3 - 6 lbs. depending on ones athletic abilities. No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, balance, endurance, stability, and flexibility. By taking our Rock Hard Boot Camp regularly you will become much more than just a weekend warrior! This overall conditioning and toning format is composed of simple yoga, easy to follow calisthenics, intermediate to advance stretching, easy to follow Tae Kwon Do, basic boxing and a kick ass abs workout to complement the party. In this core workout, we'll lead you through a variety of exercises designed to work your entire abdominal area. You'll build muscles you never even knew you had, while developing core strength that will support you in a wide variety of activities. We incorporate upper and lower body exercises into one dynamic class using punches and blocks for the upper body and kicks for your lower body. So, whether you like to spend your weekends surfing, biking the trails, drumming in a Rock 'n Roll Band, or playing sports, our Boot Camp Training will leave you reinvigorated and improve your mind, body and soul.
