Finding Your Fit Girl
Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
If you're new to fitness and exercise, or have simply been away for awhile, this is the group for you. Sessions are designed to be challenging but non-intimidating (and always fun!) so you can build your exercise confidence and lay a solid base of physical fitness. In addition to exercise, we will spend some time each session discussing basic nutrition and healthy eating. Come unleash your inner Fit Girl and change your life for the healthier!
