Welcome! And thank you for your interest in becoming one of the many companies who provide cutting-edge education/programming to the thousands of participants who attend IDEA events each year.

IDEA developed the company/corporate application for companies who wish to offer education for the fitness professional market. Vital information and instructions are written below. Please be sure to thoroughly review the instructions.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the application. We appreciate the forethought and preparation that goes into the development of each and every session/program submission, and we look forward to reviewing it for possible inclusion on a 2014 conference program.

Important Note: Due to IDEA’s very tight marketing deadlines, we begin the programming process approximately 8-10 months in advance of the actual conference, so please pay close attention to the company application deadline dates in the “Conference Information” section below.

IDEA accepts company applications year-round. Please note that sessions submitted after the deadline dates noted above will not be considered for 2014 events, but will be kept in the system for possible consideration for 2015 programming. IDEA is always looking for fresh, new content. Therefore, we encourage you to update your application often so that your submissions remain relevant and current.

Company Application Submission Guidelines 

The following document has been developed to help you prepare your online application. Please read thoroughly before submitting.

The Online Application

When you click on the link below, you will be directed to a page that is split into 3 sections as follows:

  1. Login or Register
  2. Edit Company Information
  3. Submit Session
Note: Our system will NOT allow you to submit a session if you have not “updated” your company information within the last 6 months. Be sure to do this before you proceed with the application.

Before you submit a session, you will need to“
  1. Download and complete the Corporate Application—Presenter Bios document.
  2. Download and complete the Corporate Application—Session Submission document.
You are now ready to submit a session. All you have to do is simply upload the Presenter Bios and Session Submissions documents when prompted.

Notification Information

  • Companies whose education is selected for the program will be notified by phone or email as soon before the programming is completed. Individual Presenter contracts will follow shortly after notification.
  • Companies whose education is not selected for the program will be notified via email approximately 3-6 weeks after the final program has been set.

Once you have read over the selection criteria and application requirements document and have prepared the two corporate application documents noted above, you are now ready to submit your application.
