This lecture/workshop will take an in-depth look at the concepts behind Muscle Activation Techniques and will provide trainers with a step-by-step approach to assess and correct each client's individual muscular imbalances. In addition, we will delve into the neurological issues that must be addressed prior to designing exercise programs.
