Learn what progression in yoga really means in terms of many small, logical, creative steps that we can take toward achieving our most healthy expression of yoga asanas. Learn why longer practices, acquiring more rigorous adjustments, or forcing oneself into more difficult positions are not the way to achieve a particular position. In this session, experience several creative sequences targeted to the trunk, hip and pelvic regions.
