519: Yoga With Flexcushion®

Session Format: Workshop

This session will enable you to execute the asana properly and to transfer the concepts to your students, even those who can't sit upright on their pelvis due to tightness in their lower back, hip flexors or hamstrings. A Flexcushion will be used to maintain a neutral pelvis while seated in an attempt to improve range of motion, decrease pain and prevent injury.
