302: Yoga Safari to the Soul

This is a challenging, progressive series of yoga poses, one flowing into the next in a strong cardio style that works the entire body. Yoga Safari to the Soul is designed for all levels familiar with sun salutations. The emphasis is on postures that deepen your backbend, open your shoulders and release the hips. Options will be given for beginner to advanced students.
