Common in many styles of yoga is the adjustment of students in the process of practicing yoga asanas. A logical thought process must be employed when deciding whether or how to adjust a student. Not all structures are the same. Not all people learn the same way. Experience a hands-on adjusting experience, working one-on-one with different bodies in various yoga positions. You will begin to understand when and how to touch a student and explore safe, purposeful adjusting techniques and cuing ideas.
