Whether you are new to teaching group exercise or not, this course is a must for anyone who teaches muscle conditioning segments, or even full classes that focus on muscle conditioning. We'll delve into the rationale behind selecting specific exercises and learn how to sequence them for maximum effect. In addition, we'll discuss and practice correct techniques for the most commonly used exercises. Take away numerous exercises that utilize only body weight, exercise tubing and hand weights.
