232: ViPR™: Strength-Incorporating Loaded Movement Into Strength Routines
Whole-body integration is the result of the lessons learned from watching how strong, stable and balanced farm kids are. Human anatomy is unified, not segmented, so therefore we need to train the body in a unified fashion. Treating and training movements using the whole body is more effective. And loading these movements will create accelerated adaptations in strength. ViPR allows movement to be loaded, thus ensuring a positive transfer into life!
