402: ViPR™: Shift Training-A New Way to Lift
Shifting is described as moving a mass horizontally across a field of gravity. Most of the time, strength programs are solely focused on lifting strategies (namely, moving a mass vertically in a field of gravity). While this offers many training and adaptation benefits, we feel it is incomplete. Michol will address the merits of shifting drills and shares biomechanical information to support this training. You will also learn many ViPR shifting drills to increase foundational and sport strength.
