The psoas is more than just a hip flexor. The psoas is an integral part of our rooted core, the neurofascial system that controls our ability to be grounded and stable over a lifetime. Learn how a functional rooted core system creates less risk of injury and more efficient movement patterns. Whether your client is an elite athlete or a more sedentary adult, the techniques taught in this session will help them become more efficient, grounded and stable, increasing the effectiveness of their workouts.
