010: Twist Sport Performance Summit
The Summit is where authentic sport-conditioning education comes to life in this action-packed preconference offering. Inspiring lectures and challenging practical sessions that are sure to add new drills and exercises to your toolbox will be the focus of the day, with special emphasis placed on the Twist training paradigm—movement, strength and balance.
This preconference session will be split into the following segments:
- Build Champion Athletes and Winners in Life (L)—Gain insight into what is required to train the world’s best athletes and how to inspire and prepare YOUR athletes to win in sport and in life.
- Deceptively Fast (L and WS)—Get vital information on how to link multidirectional movement patterns with quick feet and explosive power to help athletes optimize their genetic potential and become “deceptively fast.”
- Strong and Powerful (L and WS)—Discover and practice the methodology, exercises, coaching cues and loading principles used to build a full spectrum of strength and power to maximize your athlete’s success in sport.
- The Perfect Point of Balance (L and WS)—Develop a keen understanding of how to use balance challenges to help your athletes sustain performance in unpredictable situations and to gain a competitive edge.
Lunch (12 Noon–1:00pm) is on your own.
Participants will receive a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION upon the conclusion of this course.
