Are you ready to sweat into the next level of training? This is a high-intensity, interval and cardio training class targeted directly at burning calories and weight loss. Watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of running, jump rope and calisthenics through multiple rounds of strength work, each followed by an intense cardio challenge. You will have fun, you will be out of breath and, as the name implies, you will sweat!
