This empowering group-strength workout set to music will hit your entire body and switch on your core like nothing you’ve ever encountered. Starting with a warm-up to get you fired up, the heart of the workout includes demanding exercises for lower- and upper-body strength and some additional moves that target the core specifically. This dynamic and high-energy class is characterized by fun and smooth transitions using exercises that can be adapted to challenge every participant.
