Unleash your inner superhero with the TRX! Perform exercises modeled after superheros in a workout that is as much fun as it is challenging and creative. Expand your physical potential by adopting the mindset of a superhero while trying exercises that illustrate the limitless potential of body-weight training. The exercises combine creativity, common sense and play. This session will be so much fun that you'll almost forget how hard you're working! (Repeated as session 303.)
