220: TRX®: Chain Stretching
Special time: 12:20–1:20pm. Learn how to use the TRX Suspension Trainer™to enhance performance and function with a cutting–edge sequence of full–body chain postures for flexibility training. Based on the ground–breaking ideas in Anatomy Trains®, this session reviews the basic myofascial lines and shows participants how to use the TRX to enhance the function of each. This session culminates with a flexibility workout that applies each technique in a smooth and effective flow.
