TRX Training delivers a movement-based training curriculum that provides fitness professionals with a progressive approach to learning a coaching system which is based on TRX Foundational Movements. Gain an understanding of what it means to both MOVE BETTER and COACH BETTER. In this 90 minute workshop you will experience and gain an understanding of TRX's movement-based training philosophy and experience it through a group multi-modality workout.
