The reality of personal training is that most clients are far from their peak level of fitness. Learn how the Suspension Trainer™ can be utilized by your deconditioned or rehabilitation clients. This session provides an overview of the key training principles pertaining to this group and teaches the participant innovative ways to use the TRX to address their needs to increase function and enhance their quality of life as they strive toward their personal best. Trainers will also learn how to regress exercises so they are appropriate for the individual needs of their clients.
