151: TRX® Techniques to Assess and Correct

This innovative session will teach you how to use the TRX Suspension Trainer™ to improve foundational movements such as the overhead or single-leg squat, and to identify and address common dysfunctions. Learn how to effectively integrate the TRX into your corrective exercise practice, modifying exercises for all of your clients with this principle-based hands-on experience. Participants will learn how to use this equipment in conjunction with corrective exercise principles. In addition, trainers will have an opportunity to improve their competency in modifying TRX movements for complete integration into their clients' programs.
