Learn how to use the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ to enhance performance and function with flexibility training. This comprehensive session identifies active, passive and dynamic stretches to teach participants how to maximize flexibility training using the TRX. Put in the practical context of how to apply these movements to specific sports and activities, the class culminates with a cutting-edge sequence of full-body chain stretches. You will be exposed to the concept of chain stretching and a series of stretching sequences that can be applied immediately.
