Participants in this session will push themselves through a number of fast-paced, full-body circuits that capitalize on the unique full-body integration, exercise versatility and unmatched transition capability that makes the TRX the perfect compliment to this intense style of training. We will review the advantages and disadvantages inherent in metabolic training, provide a brief overview of the validating principles of the methods, provide practical experience using several metabolic exercises and sequences, as well as discuss how these exercises are best integrated with conventional training models.
