Learn how to use the TRX(r) Suspension Trainer(tm) to enhance performance and function with a cutting-edge sequence of full-body chain postures for flexibility training. Based on the ground-breaking ideas in Anatomy Trains(r), this session reviews the basic myofascial lines and shows participants how to use the TRX to enhance the function of each. This session culminates with a flexibility workout that applies each technique in a smooth and effective flow.
