This empowering group strength workout set to music will hit your entire body and switch on your core like nothing you've ever encountered. Starting with a warm-up to get you fired up, the heart of the workout includes demanding exercises for lower- and upper-body strength and some additional moves that target the core. This fun, dynamic and high-energy class uses exercises that can be adapted to challenge every participant.
