This progressive session will demonstrate the complementing strengths of the Suspension Trainer™ and the Rip Trainer as they are applied to high-intensity interval training. After learning the science-based programming principles of HIIT, this session culminates with a fun and intense workout integrating both the Suspension and Rip Trainer. Repeated as session #328.
