104: TRX® Sports Performance and Flexibility

Come and explore the principles behind suspension training, as well as the advanced training techniques that can be used to maximize sports performance and flexibility. Utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer®, participants will experience a program targeted toward enhancing general athletic ability and the implementation of specific performance strategies for individual sports. In addition, we will introduce the concept of chain stretching, as well as discuss active, passive and dynamic stretching using the TRX and how to apply them to specific activities.
