The gait movement pattern is the default operating system for the human body. During the gait, the core functions as the axis of rotation as the thoracic spine and pelvis rotate in opposite directions while the body is moving in a vertical position. This practical workshop will help you understand integrated anatomy and learn strategies for using total-body exercises to create a strong and stable core.
