Canadian presenters are known for their energetic and user-friendly patterns. Join in on a class that offers a balance between a bit of choreography and a bit of athletic and powerful movements good for the brain and the body. You will be introduced to a format that alternates between high-energy step choreography and non-dancy, anaerobic intervals.
