There are many questions surrounding lactate threshold training (LTHR) and how it’s used to improve performance for all ability levels. In this session, we will review the science and demonstrate how to establish LTHR. Regardless of the style of training you provide, or equipment you use, you will learn how to manipulate “energy zone” training and create high-tempo endurance, strength and power workouts to maximize athlete and client success.
