This lecture teaches the participant about fusing the most current sciences of exercise and nutrition for optimal bone health. You will learn the practical applications in order to develop specific exercise and nutrition recommendations for an effective bone-loss prevention program across the lifespan. Progressions of exercises will be demonstrated in order to advance your clients to the next level of bone development and maintenance.
