Two types of tissue are in the human myofascial system: skeletal muscle and elastic connective tissue. Exercise programs featuring a wide variety of movements can increase the strength of both tissues while reducing the risk of repetitive stress injuries from doing the same exercises repeatedly. In this session, you'll learn how to use a variety of movements to create programs that deliver the results clients want.
