215: The Power of Positivity and Enlightened Action: Activating Joy and Positive Connections

Positive exercise practices (PEP) promote physical activity adherence and greater health and well-being in educational, healthcare, medicinal, fitness, business, familial and community settings. Ideally, applying PEP bolsters positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning and accomplishment (PERMA) in our lives. This session will focus on harnessing our character strengths and realistic optimism, as well as learning about the power of gratitude.
