342: The Many Faces of Breath

Explore the science of pranayama. The breath is the link between the mind and the body. It is the string that runs throughout our practice that can be used to restore calmness to our thoughts and our physical body. You’ll experience a basic lecture on the anatomy of respiration, followed by a short practice that explores several pranayama techniques that can be used before, during and after a hatha yoga practice.
