Inhibition, lengthening, activation and integration are the key components of any successful corrective exercise program. Collectively they are known as the corrective exercise continuum. This special session provides solutions for lower extremity, lumbo-pelvic-hip and upper extremity postural distortion patterns. Participants will leave with a thorough understanding of the physiological basis and scientific rationale for each component along with how to manipulate the acute variables to ensure client success.
