The core begins with the feet. With every step you take, there is a chain reaction that requires greater engagement of the core muscles to help counterbalance the forces of gravity in all three planes of motion. Many classic core training techniques require our students/clients to lie on their back. However, these antiquated techniques may be causing some of the back and neck pain so many are experiencing.
