Designed with the group exercise instructor in mind, this nonstop workshop brings community and connection into an athletic-based circuit format. Partner drills that focus on both strength and cardio are combined with fun and rewarding team challenges. While intense by design, this workshop includes a multitude of progressions and modifications so that students/clients of all levels can participate and feel like an MVP.
