214: Take It Outside—Indoor Training for Outdoor Sports

Session Format: Workout

If your clients enjoy participating in outdoor activities, but don't have time to train outside doing the actual activity, this session is for you. Mike and Dana will deliver training exercises for a number of common outdoor sports, such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, trail running, cross-country skiing, rock climbing, surfing and Tough Mudder/Spartan racing. Come enjoy a workout where we use common training tools in nontraditional ways to get your clients ready for their favorite outdoor activities.
