This course includes an instructor manual, resistance tubing, access to the complete online library that contains over 70 workouts and nutritional support videos, Web membership and ongoing support at no additional fee. This is a complete turnkey program that generates revenue for you.

• Please bring a bag lunch and snacks. Participants enrolled in this 9-hour course will work through lunch and be given two short breaks during the day.

• Approved for 0.9 ACE and 9.0 AFAA. CECs from other agencies are pending. No CPR card is required.
