This interactive workshop, designed by the Merrithew Health and Fitness™ team, teaches how to challenge clients with maximum safety and effectiveness by taking STOTT PILATES® Essential Reformer exercises to a higher level of intensity. Learn how adding variety and increasing the pace of the workout will keep clients continually motivated and progressively challenged. By increasing the speed and flow of exercise sequences and modifying the existing repertoire to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance, participants learn to inspire more capable clients who may not be ready for the STOTT PILATES Intermediate Reformer program.
